Market Update: Boca Raton Single Family Homes

I have been working a lot lately with buyers seeking single family homes in Boca Raton. The Boca Raton single family home market has heated up quite a bit over the past few months. The lowest priced homes with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and garage are flying off the market. Bank owned foreclosures in Boca Raton are often getting multiple offers. Even Boca Raton short sales are going under contract quickly. Part of this is due to a currently low inventory level of properly priced homes. It could be a good time to sell for people who need help with a short sale or who need to sell their home in Boca Raton. My listings have been getting offers quickly. If you want the best deals in Boca Raton homes, it's best to move quickly.
